Formulaction and LDS form a new partnership with DKSH, to further expand in China

Formulaction has signed an exclusive agreement with DKSH to distribute its scientific instruments to the Chinese market. LDS, the long-term partner of Formulaction in China, is an integral part of this cooperation and will become a part of DKSH  Shanghai Ltd.. Effective May 1., 2020, DKSH will reinforce the marketing, sales, distribution and logistics of Formulaction solutions for Physical Stability, Particle Size and Rheological Properties. Under this new partnership, DKSH will benefit from the technical expertise of LDS specialists, while LDS will become a part of larger sales and service network which will allow to further develop in the Chinese market. 

As a well-established company in China with all the required resources, DKSH will provide great support and expertise to current and future clients of Formulaction. The combination of DKSH product portfolio, testing laboratories, and sales group with the technical expertise of LDS is a great opportunity for Formulaction's business organization and expansion in China. The committed continuity from DKSH and Formulaction to serve LDS customers in China with the same professionalism and focus as LDS but with an extended network, will be a great chance for all existing and future Formulaction customers.
